    Sea Media is an innovative project to develop an Internet Television (IPTV) Youth Service in Belgium, the UK and Northern France. Collaborating cross-border, young people will work with professional broadcasters and academics to create programmes suitable for both internet and traditional television broadcast, empowering those involved to produce, edit and develop their content.
